Freshman Brayden Burries led the Wildcats with 29 points, marking his third performance this season with at least 28. Much of his scoring came from his ability to get to the line, as he went 13-for-14 and logged his first game with double-digit free throw attempts. Burries also made an impact defensively, recording three steals and two blocks to help Arizona improve to 21–0 on the year. Jaden Bradley (26 points) was the only other Wildcat to score more than 10.
For BYU, AJ Dybantsa led all scorers with 24 points but struggled with efficiency, finishing 6-for-24 from the field.
